Hygieia, St Bernard's Well, Edinburgh illuminated

The last time that I blipped Hygieia at St Bernard's Well the statue was in the shade. This time she is much better illuminated. I took this photo on my walk this morning.

Once home again I blogged about a conference paper on information avoidance that Bruce and Gemma are delivering next week, then I returned to some writing that I have been doing on and off over the course of my (so-called) 'holiday'.

Also today online I stumbled across a member of Mr hazelh's extended family who, by all appearances, lives very close to us. This is a third cousin who is a lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. I haven't contacted him yet, but give me time...
