The troughs hanging by front door. Fed them at the weekend with tomorite, they clearly liked it.

Slightly concerned R rate at 1 rising in.some parts of the country, but surprised? No sadly by some behaviour going on out there like nothing has happened, especially i hear the beaches!!!
Cold today and now out heating on for a quick take the edge off!!

Early run this morning before work.. more of a plod but did it.
Did zumba that a friends niece has set uo just.for.Family, my daughter did it.too, were both trying.to.lose.lockdown weight...
