On my walk home from a check-up, all went very smoothly at the doctor's office, I have to admit I was a little nervous and was curious to see how things would be with the Covid-19 protocols but it was all just fine.

A perfect 68ºF, such a relief, and that's because the fog is in over the bay and SF.  Those low lying clouds in the extra is the fog, my friends, that is no boring old fog bank, it's the region’s air conditioning system and boy am I happy to see it and feel it today.
