Only a Rose

We had our first Zoom U3A photography meeting today.  It was a bit long: I find Zoom quite tiring.  But otherwise enjoyable.

The shadow was what attracted me to this picture, but it’s not as sharp as I would like. Any ideas anyone? I didn’t want to over-sharpen it in editing and spoil the photo.
