Who loves tomatoes!?

I went to my work for about an hour today so while I was that close to my son and his wife I decided to stop by to say hello. It has been several weeks since I had seen them. We stood outside on the deck and chatted for a few minutes. He was working from home so only had a short break.

Anyway, he gave me this book about cooking with tomatoes as he knows I love tomatoes! He loves them also! Some of the recipes are really easy and actually are not things I would think about using tomatoes such as desserts like tomato bread pudding. I am going to pick a couple recipes to try out in the next week or so.


Was hoping to get photos of the strawberry moon tonight but too many clouds rolling in.
