Crabby Cat and Dirk McClanahan.

Dirk was rescued from the same thrift shop barrel as Crabby Cat. Dirk has super soft velvety fur and the only reason I can think no one else wanted him was that his nose is quite crooked. I don't mind.

Sunny and cool here this morning. Put jelly out for the orioles and some crumbs for doves and sparrows. Enjoying a cup of coffee while I start into work here.

Things feel calmer, I hope they really are. There was lots of news from the Governor yesterday about the next phase of opening up and also about a new law that was put into immediate effect regarding the ban of police using choke holds or neck restraints. Money is coming in to help businesses rebuild that were looted or completely demolished during the riots.
