Tell me lies

It is awe inspiring to see how quickly a country can see established norms of decency thrown out so quickly, with so little fuss.

Bozo stands up in parliament to announce that she is proud of how we have handled Covid-19 (currently the second highest
deaths in the world, and the last few days more deaths than the whole of the rest of Europe put together), and this is barely remarked upon). The few media outlets that attempt any proper scrutiny are frozen out as punishment, and the rest toe the line and offer up soft ball questions.

The scientists have made the mistake of not being sufficiently supportive at the daily conference, so now it will be a minister on their own free to talk nonsense with nobody to politely disagree. This is a genuine outrage and people need to stop accepting it.

We have failed miserably as a country, and the idiots who complain about negativity upsetting them need to try being upset about the cause of that negativity - you know, all those unnecessary deaths, and more contracts being awarded to mates of the government with no oversight.
