What a morning to be out - not a cloud in the sky and just managed to catch this wee birdie sitting on the telegraph pole catching the first rays of the sun.

Our run this morning was a bit of a preamble for next week's 'Anglezarke Amble' - oh that the weather could be as good. A good 16 miles over the moors reccying the route for next week's, 24-miler - still pockets of ice and a snow in parts. Hoping for the a big freeze for next weekend - great fun : )
