I have been seeing a lot of photos of a local seal that has taken to lying on a tree trunk in the river. I went down today on the off chance of seeing him. I did see him and the tree trunk but not at the same time unfortunately. It was a lovely spot to sit and watch though as he bobbed up and down all afternoon.
