Not fooled....

A treat was very close by when I took this photo. Milo wasn’t at all taken in by our Milo though. Of course not; he’s a smart and gorgeous dog. Sophia brought her miniature model too. We had a family of cockapoos!

Despite the rain, we’ve had a great day with M, E, O, S and Milo. Coffee and a snack in the conservatory with the double doors open, then a lovely walk round the ponds at Keston and onto the Wilberforce Oak where William Wilberforce met with Prime Minister Pitt to discuss a bill for Parliament to pursue the abolition of slavery. A history lesson for our grandchildren.

This evening we’ve had big rain with thunder and lightning. We watched a recording of Elizabeth is Missing. A tough film, showing the effects of Alzheimer’s on individuals and their families.Glenda Jackson was brilliant.
