Torridge valley
After my 8 mile run and as a cool down I walked back up the zigzag path from the river to the castle, a crisp north westerly wind seemed to make everything look, smell and feel fresh.
Although some rain wafted across during the morning we managed to re-erect the double fence panel, this after its posts had rotted at ground level and a vicious south easterly wind had removed it from its desired position. I also managed to get a coat of paint on the posts and panel.
