BLM

While doing Quiz Night with B and family we heard a noise from outside so opened to the window to have a look.
A peaceful protest was walking by and continued up and down the road for an hour or so.

I'm refraining from mentioning current affairs right now. I have nothing constructive to offer from my position as a UK white woman in a job I would never consider doing in the USA.
I just read, learn, and try to do better daily. 

I cycled 30km today. I went to my old workplace and enjoyed avoiding public transport. I am a little saddle sore.
