A wall.

The rubble-built wall of a warehouse which dates from the time when Newburgh was a navigable port with a quay.  Grain was brought from the farms down the river Ythan on barges and then transferred to larger coastal vessels for export to elsewhere. The vessels had brought coal and fertiliser which were taken back up river on the barges, for distribution to inland farming communities. The warehouse dates from the 18th century.
