Working again

Busy day today, three trips to the plumbing store to get the bits for J’s new showerhead. Finally managed to get around to buying the right head and fittings, as I couldn’t get a direct replacement. There is a brass connector piece in it now but at least it works. Did a shopping run to Asda as well and then spent the rest of the day in the kitchen starting to make the curry for tomorrow night and then working on the desert and some biscuits. Heard the pub at the end of the road had opened again for takeaway allegedly. Not sure about how takeaway the service was as there was a small gazebo up outside and quite a few people in it when J went to walk Kilda and that was after a police visit as well. Quiet night in and almost had to put the fire back on
