Bright and breezy

JJ and I took a late morning stroll around the wood and nipped slightly off-piste as I wanted a picture of a rusting heap of metal for camera club's texture challenge.  

There were several poppies and other flowers in the same area so I'll got back when it's a bit warmer to see what butterflies turn up.  In the meantime, I quite liked this vibrant poppy.

Just under 31 days until I go to the hairdresser.
