the jackdaw family

Sitting high up in the tree waiting to be fed. Such a noisy bunch. They nest in an old chimney pot every year and always bring their babies to the bird feeders. Raining again today, although it’s sunny now at almost 5 o’clock. Made a pair of harem pants today and I’m half way through Jim’s onesie. It’s made of cuddle fleece which is a bit awkward to work with but lovely when finished.
