Elderflower and Lemon

Given to me this afternoon by my neighbour. He's on furlough, and been baking to keep himself occupied. We've had scones, banana bread, others have had lemon drizzle cake, he even did an Indian take away for one lot of neighbours the other week. Now he's turned his hand to elderflower and lemon cordial.
