Tonight!

Made a tomato and sweet potato soup which was excellent.  Added a shallot and a stick of celery along with some thyme from the garden and a teaspoon of ‘Bouillon’.  All done in the soup maker so really easy!
Bread roll and French Camembert!  The later was just going runny and delicious! 

Had a portal chat with the girls and a long chat with Emma who is busy selling her photos turned into cards in aid of Chester Zoo! 

Our usual walk, Mass with a really interesting sermon on the Trinity, as it’s Trinity Sunday.
