The answer is blowing in the wind

Return of blue sky but chilly wind today. This morning carried out the BTO wader count - we are now allowed to do them - just an hour watching and counting; great to see so many ducklings and goslings.

This afternoon we walked above our local loch for superb views. Passed several people which is unusual and noticeably lots of cars on the roads.

Lovely to see orchids out - there is something very special about cotton grass - I just love it and it’s flowering now along with foxgloves and flag irises.

No deaths in Scotland in the last 24 hours - long may this last. Keep safe
