Purple cheesecake

I made a purple cheesecake.

We’ll have it for dessert tomorrow night as a change from crumble.

I wouldn’t have made it, but the silken tofu was too soft to go in the not-fish pie, which we only had because I craved samphire, weird salty vegetable that it is.
