Happy Birthday Mummy

My mum is 74 today. D and I walked round with the hounds this morning to drop off her card and present. Even though it was 11.20, dad had a bottle of red open and we toasted mum with a small glass each.
Alfie is going round later with presents from him and Poppy and a Victoria sponge which I made this afternoon.
I’m currently sitting in the car outside the
orthodontists waiting for poppy. It’s the first day they been open since lockdown and I’m not allowed in with her. At least the car park is quiet for a change!
