forestry

I returned from my afternoon bike ride to find D and Luke involved in some dangerous forestry activities. Luke was high up like a sloth on a laurel bough over the stream, cutting with his sugawaga saw which looks like a curved sword. Of course the photos don't make it look as high as it was...

D says that Luke was learning lots of valuable lessons about the management of risk :-)

(The bough is now down and Luke is safely on the ground)
