Shadow play

I don't know what was going on today. I was obviously feeling some kind of burst of energy/motivation. Watched Jurassic World with Owen while Louisa picked up shopping, then followed up a 5.5 mile run with a 7.5 mile bike ride with Aaron and a walk around the block with Owen and Louisa.

The bike ride in particular was nice, with little to no moaning and plenty of chatting as we rode up the Oteley Road past the Meadow up to Wenlock Road, then down the cycle path through Sutton Farm and Reabrook before crossing the river at Coleham and heading home through the Quarry and Porthill. Aaron didn't really want his photo taken but I do like to document these things.

For school, Aaron's supposed to record the distance he travels walking, running or cycling...there's motivation.
