From above

Walking this afternoon around Bidford Grange and the perimeters of it’s golf course with J’s sister and her husband. We have always spent a lot of time with them until the lockdown so it was great to catch up again at last. Social distancing observed.
Lots of flowers each side of the path. Common spotted orchids and daisies in the main with others too, mainly purple,violet,and pink colours with occasional bursts of yellow.
Heard a cuckoo again which was nice. A lot of sunshine at first but clouding over later with the sun only able to remind us it was still there by occasionally sending shafts of light downwards from behind the clouds.
Lovely to see though and very atmospheric.
