I heard a Cuckoo calling

I heard a Cuckoo calling so I went off through the woods to see if I could see it .. no luck.

On the way back to the car I spotted this Female Redstart and watched it dive into the grass and come up with a colourful moth which I think is a Wood Tiger  ( additional shot as Extra).

This was a long awaied return to Torside Visitor Centre in Longdendale.  I did try on Saturday but it was overflowing with  double parked cars ( and double parked people) so I left them to it)  Extra photo of Torside Clough
