All wrapped up

Oxburgh re-opened today - not the house, just the grounds and under strict number control and distancing. When I last saw it, on 16th March, the scaffolding had reached the top of the walls - now the house has almost disappeared under a protective covering while the roof is removed and replaced. The 'extra' shows what we used to see from this archway - the visitors' memorable first view of the house -  taken 5th January 2019, when the scaffolding was just in the courtyard. Hopefully we will see this view again in about 18 months time. Watch this space!
