Bees on the Buddleia [again]

The flowers are still hanging on and, despite the cooler and wetter weather, the bees are still arriving but in reduced numbers.

I did a faster than normal 5 km on the treadmill and not much else apart from cooking dinner.

The pan-fried mackerel with spinach, golden raisins and pine nuts with Jersey potatoes and vegetables was quite a faff. Several pans on the go including cooking the fish outside in the garden on a camping stove to prevent the house smelling for days on end.
