Bee

Did some gardening this morning as it was bin day & wanted to get more in before emptied. Cleared some of the weeds on the path & removed some of the leaf litter around the acer tree. Would be happy to leave it if it wasn't for the trillions of wild garlic ball-bearings.

Marigold seedlings are up.

Spotted forget-me-not in the garden which I've inherited from somewhere, quite happy with that.

I had planted the summer jasmine as part of a mix hedge to replace the damaged beech hedge. I wasn't sure if it would take, but this year it is flowering & happy to see a bee on it today.
