Kenya Shrubs
Another cool day today so I have put a few pictures of when I lived in Kenya as a young girl.
The main picture is a shrub in our garden which you will recognise as a Poinsettia and the extras are a coffee plantation and a tea plantation. We lived high up in the hills in Kericho amongst the tea plantations where there was a lot of rain and the temperature was about a constant 73F and a rainfall of 80 inches a year. Friends of ours lived further south in Kenya where they lived on a coffee farm. It was much hotter and drier down there. I went to stay there once for my school summer holidays.
A mixture of cloud and sunshine today and a bit warmer thank goodness.
