Flower Day

Pilates via Zoom today, though I was a right old grouch I did feel taller afterwards.
It seems as if the consensus in the class is going to be continue via Zoom, rather than lug all our own gear to The Garage ( more hygienic ). I very much miss chatting with everyone and although we've adjusted to a Zoom class it sure ain't the same.

Joelle Osteopath let me know today she's returned to practice in full PPE. Thats reassuring to know that she's there if I need her.
