This morning we went to Keswick for a wander …. the furthest we’ve been since before lockdown. It was bright when we left Ambleside but Keswick was dull and cloudy.  Very quiet on the streets and lakeshore. 

In the afternoon I cut the back lawn before tomorrow’s rain and attacked the beech hedge. That will be work in progress for a while, unless I get someone with a chainsaw to do it.
