Damselfly and Broad bodied Chaser

I visited a friend at Shaftesbury and we sat in her garden which was lovely for a couple of hours.
This afternoon Paul and I walked at Sherborne Castle by the lake .
Lots of pyramidal orchids and I saw my first corncockle which was so bright ! ( see extras ) 
We had a rest under a tree and were treated to a tree creeper winding it’s way up the tree as it was feeding . 
It was really quiet there and we are so lucky to have access to it .
