Road

I stopped on the way to work to take this. Despite the recent rain, much of the grass is still dry at the moment. Traffic has increased, and seems at normal levels for about 6:30am. 
I had a good day - less meetings, and a chance to get a big piece of work largely drafted, which was a relief. I see the deadlines approaching, and worry there isn't time to focus on the big projects. But these projects are a key part of our improvement work - they need to be done. 
On the other positive side, I was scanning for some odd days I could take as annual leave, and think I've identified a week I could take in August.
