Bread and Jam

No yoga or meditation but two doggy walks . 
I tried out yet another recipe for gluten free bread and for the first time it held together  and had cooked ,imperfectly, all the way through. 
It is soda bread , made with plant milk , gluten free flour and aquafaba ( the juice from a tin of chickpeas )
I was so happy at the thought of eating bread that I opened the last of the black current jam - we will be picking this years berries shortly - and had a bread and jam party for one - Dave was having an afternoon snooze to make up for the disturbed sleep caused by his shoulder injury . The next big test will be to see if the bread is still moist enough to eat tomorrow. I have had many failures but soda bread might be the answer .
