Stir fry peppers

The beginnings of stir fry pork and pineapple for tonight’s dinner.
An unexciting Tuesday - cleaned the kitchen floor, made two greetings cards for a friend who is in the vulnerable group and can’t get to the shops, picked up a prescription from boots (more staff than customers) and made dinner.
