It's That Time Of Year Again

Only a couple of months to go before the end of the financial year so the flow of traffic around the country will be severely disrupted until April, as all central and local Government road agencies strive to maintain as many roads as possible within what remains of the year's roads budget. This will no doubt be done as cheaply as possible so that next year there will be double the number of potholes.
