Another Day

Another evening stroll with a bouncy dog.

Rewiring done, a few repairs to the plaster work now needed.   Some packing at the flat pre-move.  Worktop ordered and delivery arranged for a very special item for Jamie.   After watching a movie at the flat while the electrician worked at the bungalow, we met up with the family who rescued Meg.  They were delighted to see her happy and well.   

The day ended with a delightful encounter between Fred the friendly cat and Meg the friendly dog.  Fred comes to say hello to all who pass through his domain and usually jumps up on Jamie's lap.  We've not met him with Meg in tow before.   Each was interested in the other, Meg's tail wagging gently as they got closer.   Sudden moves from the cat were treated with caution but when he slinked down and came to sniff Meg, she responded in kind.   A touch of animal magic :-)
