The power of an earthquake

This is the foundation of a house which I manage. Our 2011 eartquake smashed the foundations and the house lifted. The house was not repaired as it has been designated for demolition. It is actually very sound inside and has been tenanted ever since. Finally, now in 2020, the house is due for demolition to make way for some brand new units.
