Wet Wednesday

Another odd sort of day today, neither good nor bad, a bit hard to describe really.

After work and before dinner we took the mother-in-laws doggie for a walk in the park. It's been a bit cool and damp today so it was very empty and we ran about like headless chickens for a bit and he did plenty of doggie things while chased after him, without bothering anyone and my wife and her mother strolled along and chatted.

Today's blip is one of the large collection of roses by the entrance to the park, it hadn't been raining very hard, but you can see that quite a bit of moisture has built up on the petals without making them soggy. I would have got getter results with a real camera, what you have here is just a camera phone shot, but it's not too bad once I've cropped it and balanced the colours a bit.
