He's at it again

Second day of the course today. Very enjoyable, learning how to run a successful appraisal. Learnt a lot will be able to put it to good use soon. We then went to Amanda's Dads for dinner where we had some yummy cream cheese stuffed chicken and wedges. Zack thought it would be fun to stack more dinosaurs on Amanda's head.
