Budding Kumquats

A really wet day in Lusangazi, means that everyone has to work inside and one of these places is in the greenhouses.
The girls here are labeling the Kumquats with little pieces of coloured wool.
We have a multitude of varieties (like nine varieties of Mango) and when our colours are limited, combinations are used. The rationale is to keep an eye on varieties when they are moved, because of maturity, light or space.
It looks like all systems go.
Everyone on the farm has to learn how to do all tasks, in order to improve their skills base!
