Abundance of Pink Buds

A really busy work day with back to back calls and by early afternoon I was desperate for some fresh air. Eldest and I went for a short walk but as we reached the far end of the village it started to rain, so time for a quick turn around back home...slightly wet and bedraggled. The wild roses alongside the path are really starting to look lovely with an abundance of pink buds ready to flower.

It is interesting to see and hear how Eldest, Sushi and their friends are feeling about what is going on in the world around them. They have all been so affected by the anti racism protests in the US and over here in the UK. Seeing the next generation having a passion for change is so important to make sure that the world keeps moving forward and equality becomes a reality.
