Why so glum?

A toast to January. What a month. I left my employer of over 7 years in a not so nice way (nothing to do with me) and leapt into freelance graphic design and self employment.

And yet I had the best sales I have had (only been trading 1 year) on Notonthehighstreet breaking into 4 figures, and managed and successfully deliver a nice brand project for a rather large corporate client on behalf of another agency wwith great feedback. Ooh and a request for my wedding stationery to be considered to be photographed for a national bridal magazine.

In the words of a former colleague... Bosh.

So why when I look into my wine do I see a glum face?
