Tracks in the Sand

We have otters living in the area.  Not sure if they are resident on the beach but certainly regular visitors.  We caught one on a camera trap a month or so ago.  I think these are tracks in the sand this morning.   As I walked over a rock on my walk I stumbled on a shelduck and their ducklings this morning.  Unfortunately they were very skittish and in the ensuing excitement one of the duclings was carried off by a gull.   You can imagine that I feel awful.   The one remaining duckling was hiding in the rocks and I left it in the hope that it will get reunited with its parents.
