Only 151 deaths in the last 24hrs , that's going in the right direction.

Matt Hancock and Baroness Harding did the daily briefing. She is in charge of Track and Trace so we were hoping for information about the new App.  Disappointment. The manual system is working but when asked about the App, Hancock snapped that it would be released when it was the right time to do so.  A touchy subject Mr Hancock, I expect Boris has been bending your ear about it too.  Mr P did an year long IT contract for the NHS, not so many years ago now and comments that if the NHS IT system is as bad now as it was then, it won't be quick.
