Today I did two performances at the Scottish Mask and Puppet Centre. Here's the stage, half dismantled. There's gear everywhere. It's not exactly a simple set-up.

Anything is possible if you can break it down into little steps. That's been my approach anyway. Maybe it's why I've always taken so long to do everything...
