Product quality

Today I tried to lodge a product quality concern with the manufacturer of Sainsburys own brand paracetamol. It actually proved quite difficult to track down a number! I ended up speaking to the security guard at the factory.

As I used to look at drug safety and product complaints in my former life, thought I should report the problem for investigation. The lady I eventually spoke to was quite impressed by my description and analysis of the problem, so I confessed to being an ex auditor. It had seemed odd to me that one half of the packet, the tablets were broken in two, under the foil, and the same was true in another packet of the same batch number.
