Training session

We had this on line first aid training session on hypothermia lined up for a while now, waiting for a rainy day. Today was the day - not as rainy as expected - but we committed an hour to getting it done.
Useful reminder and a few new points to learn. It also took us in to the realms of remembering how to do kayak rescues. Hoping we don’t need any of it but best to be prepared!
