Bad sleep + busy day. Thankfully my regular dealer delivered that special white powder that keeps me happy.
I have baked my own bread for years & cant help wondering how much panic shopped flour & yeast is languishing in cupboards across the country, ultimately destined for the bin.
Ah well.
