Taking a dip

I did get up early and head out for a run but I was very sluggish, then it started pouring with rain and just past half way on my circular route the farmer has moved cows into the field do I had to double back - ended up doing 11 instead of 10k. As always felt better for having gone even if it was rubbish.

Another busy busy day but I love our new unofficial company strap line that came from a team workshop - ‘we’re fun but we cry at otters’ - gloriously random, I’ve now added it to my LinkedIn and twitter bios.

Another Thai takeaway from our neighbours sister in law this evening - yum, although still stuffed now!
